The ELECTRI_CITY Conference 24th/25th October 2025
This year marked the 11th conference in Düsseldorf, where Damian attended on the 25th to give a talk and was interviewed by Vom Ritchie from Die Toten Hosen
The ELECTRI_CITY Conference is an annual event held in Düsseldorf, Germany, celebrating the city’s pivotal role in the development of electronic music. It brings together artists, scholars, and enthusiasts to explore the relationship between sound, place, and culture through talks, panel discussions, film screenings, and live performances. The conference aims to highlight how regional identity, DIY culture, and creative collaboration shape electronic music scenes both locally and globally. Ultimately, it serves as a platform for dialogue and exchange between the artistic, academic, and cultural communities surrounding electronic music.
